Master Instructor Connie Borho will bring you to a deeper understanding of how to safely and effectively teach clients  with scoliosis and other asymmetries in the Powerhouse.   Learn about the anatomical and physiological changes associated with the different types of Scoliosis and the impact these changes can have on exercise.  Explore common misalignments and faulty movement patterns that may contribute to unhealthy curvatures of the spine, and develop strategies for developing corrective exercise programs.  Both lecture and practical application practice will help give you the tools necessary to work with this very special special population.
