We define Conscious Fitness as movement for the body that is controlled and enjoyed by the mind as it enhances the spirit.

Balance Pilates specializes in personal and small group training. Our clients range from children to 90+ year olds who are looking to maintain and improve their quality of life through healthy, intelligent movement. We work with professional athletes, the deconditioned, pre- and post-surgery, arthritis and other autoimmune diseases, pre- and post-natal, and a full range of spinal conditions. Students are guided through safe and effective workouts to help meet their individual needs and goals. We ensure proper form and alignment, and provide personalized, well-controlled physical conditioning. We are committed to maintaining our boutique-style services, amenities , and individualized attention and focus. Balance Pilates provides flexible training hours with experienced, dedicated professionals who have earned certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pilates Method Alliance, Peak Pilates Global, American Council on Exercise, IDEA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Yoga Alliance, and have many years' worth of experience in all types of training.
