Balance Pilates
& Yoga Center’s mission is to bring Conscious
Fitness to our students to empower them to strengthen their
bodies, to educate them to engage their mind, and inspire
them to nurture their spirit through healthy practices.
We define Conscious Fitness as movement for the body that
is controlled, and ultimately, enjoyed by the mind as it
enhances the spirit. We teach movement that uses the breath
as the natural force to
support and improve individual power and efficiency, leaving
you invigorated and serene, rather than exhausted and depleted
after a workout.
Balance Pilates & Yoga
Center specializes in personal training and duet training
for clients with a variety of special needs, as well as
those who simply want to make Pilates exercise, or Yoga,
part of their regular exercise routines.
Yoga and Pilates Mat classes
for every fitness level, from gentle/beginner to Power,
are offered in our intimate, serene, open studio. Small
group classes utilizing the specialized Pilates Equipment
are offered in our state-of-the-art main studio. We keep
our classes very small, with a maximum of 8 students, to
ensure proper form and alignment, and to provide personalized,
well-controlled physical conditioning.
Balance
Pilates & Yoga Center provides flexible training hours
with experienced, dedicated professionals who have earned
certifications and experience in sport-specific training
for athletes: triathletes, tennis, golf, baseball, football,
basketball, post- rehabilitation from injury or surgery,
healthy exercise for arthritis, Pre and Post Natal fitness
and childbirth preparation, and much much more.
