A fast-paced class utilizing the full range of Pilates
equipment in a circuit format.

Pilates equipment for strength as well as cardiovascular training.

Yoga and Pilates Matwork Group Classes |
▪ Pilates Mat and More:
This mat-based Pilates class utilizes
accessories, or Pilates toys as we call them, to bring challenge
and variability to classical Pilates mat class. The PilatesStick,
fitness balls, Power Circles, small hand weights and more are
pulled from the "toybox" to further the fun!
▪ Yoga/Pilates Mat Combo:
A fusion of Yoga and Pilates into one that is
sure to balance your strength and flexibility!
▪ Gentle Yoga:
for students who would like a softer, more
restorative type of practice.
▪ Yoga I:
Appropriate for beginners or those who would
like a slower paced class of both strength and flexibility based
poses.
▪ Yoga II:
for more experienced students who would like a
vigorous class based on strength within flexibility. |
